An election civil rights case alleging voter suppression and ballot manipulation by the Chicago and Cook County Election Boards has found its way to the United States 7th District Court of Appeals after 5 years of litigation. Illinois Governor Pat Quinn will deliver the plaintiff's oral argument before the Court on August 3, 2022 to prove that highly unusual governmental collusion tactics were employed to suppress voter and candidate ballot access rights.
